Flu Immunisations – Reception & Year 6 Parents/carers

The School Nursing Team will be visiting on Tuesday 29 November to give the Influenza (Nasal Flu) Immunisation.

Please find attached a letter from the School Nursing Team with the details and a link to follow to give consent for your child/children.

The deadline to give consent is Monday 28 November, after this time please contact the School Office.  Without consent your child will not be given the immunisation.

If anything changes on the day and you no longer wish for your child to be given the immunisation, please let the office know as soon as possible so that we can inform the nurses.
